One of my high school teachers actually told me not to bother with college because I would “probably end up pushing a broom for a living.” I had ADHD before anyone knew what it was. I was high-energy, easily bored, constantly distracted, and frankly, a terrible student. I struggled to focus on anything for any real amount of time.
Yet, from the moment my professional career began, I excelled far beyond anything I could’ve imagined.
I started my career at PwC—one of the largest professional services firms in the world—in the technology department. I was promoted within months, and then consistently, year after year. I was on a path toward leadership at a young age when I left in 2003.
I left to help my father, whose health was failing along with his business. At the time, it was a small operation with only a few employees and mountains of debt. Over time, I built a strong team around me, and together we scaled the company to over $45 million a year in sales. In 2020, I sold majority ownership to a family fund. We continued scaling the business to nearly $80 million a year, and I sold the remainder in 2025. I now serve as the Chief Revenue Officer of the Americas for the company that acquired us.
In the middle of all of this, in 2007, I opened my first boutique fitness center. Over six years, I opened three locations, and in 2013 I was bought out by a competitor for an offer I couldn’t refuse.
I didn’t accomplish any of this because I was naturally talented or gifted at any one thing.
I accomplished it through discipline, drive, perseverance, building great teams, and following a framework that I eventually formalized as The SAW System.
And through all of it, nothing has been more fulfilling than coaching and helping others realize their potential. That’s why I am officially launching The SAW System—so anyone can learn how to unlock the best version of themselves.
“A wolf isn’t born as the leader of the pack. He ascends there scraping, clawing, building confidence in one’s self, learning from every scar and growing, evolving into a leader.”
My philosophy
S — Strength (Mind & Body)
Strength starts with the body — through any form of physical exercise that challenges, energizes, and builds discipline.
But it equally requires strength of mind — built through meditation, self-awareness, and intentional mental conditioning.
A strong body creates momentum. A strong mind creates clarity. Together, they create resilience.
A — Accountability
Accountability is one of the most overlooked drivers of success.
It means owning your choices, your habits, your results, and your future — without excuses.
It also means surrounding yourself with people who will tell you the truth, hold you to your standards, and keep you aligned with your goals.
Without accountability, goals are wishes. With it, goals become outcomes.
W — Work
The final step is simple: do the work.
Not the dramatic work. Not the glamorous work. The consistent work.
Success isn’t complicated — it’s just not easy. The SAW System teaches relentless follow-through, daily reps, discipline, and action.
Work is where change happens. Work is where potential becomes reality.
